Panamarenko was a remarkable artist who dreamed of moving freely everywhere—on land, underwater, in the air, and even in space. In 1970, he bought a house on Biekorfstraat in Antwerp, where he lived for over thirty years, sharing his home with parrots, a toucan, a dog, and his mother.

With a guide, you’ll explore the magical place where Panamarenko created floating cars, flying backpacks, pedal-powered helicopters, airships you could live in, submarines, and flying saucers. Along the way, we’ll tell stories, imagine, calculate, draw, experiment, and dream. Who knows—you might even come up with something that doesn’t exist yet!
