The M HKA collection is always evolving, and we live in times of change. In 2025, M HKA will present a renewed and concise collection display featuring around thirty outstanding works by Flemish artists, including those who live and work (or have lived and worked) here.

'Journey to the Stars' delves into Panamarenko’s fascination with the cosmos. By showcasing major works such as Bing of the Ferro Lusto, Flying Cigar Called Flying Tiger, and De Grote Plumbiet together for the first time, complemented by calculations, sketches, and photographs from the archive, the artist’s thought process and imagination are brought to light.

De Stadscollectie Antwerpen / The City Collection Antwerp is a lively tribute to the artists who give colour to the city of Antwerp. From emerging talent to established names, this collection highlights local creativity but also the global influence of Antwerp’s art scene.
