Online publications
Since the end of 2002, the M HKA has abandoned the traditional use of museum catalogues. Instead, the M HKA is seeking opportunities, possibly in co-production, to couple interesting accompanying publications to the exhibition programme, in this way allowing it to fully use its own expertise.
In terms of content, it strives to collaborate with high-level external authors. The M HKA also takes an interest in artists’ and research texts and in the potential of the book as a carrier of documentation and information – possibly even as a virtual exhibition space.
This is why we also aim to make our publications accessible online as much as possible. On this page, you will find a yearly overview of on-line publications produced by the M HKA on exhibitions, extra-muros projects, collaborations with other organisations, and publications within the framework of the international museum confederation L’Internationale.
